Klute Truck Equipment is a family-owned company that began in 1961 as a welding and repair shop. Don, Steve and Kim Klute have grown, expanded, and modernized the business over the years; and in 1996 the present 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse was constructed. The main shop consists of 5 work bays, wash bay and a paint booth. In the fall of 2009 Les Hornung and his family purchased the company from the Klute's. In the spring of 2010 Klute Truck Equipment expanded to offer Warren dump boxes, Circle D and H&H trailers, pickup flatbeds and vehicle accessories. Customer service, quality products and top notch work will always be the focus of Klute Truck Equipment as it continues to grow. Klute Truck Equipment has over 125 years of experience. We can do anything from welding and wiring to custom fabrication and painting. No truck is the same and experience matters when it comes to building a top notch truck.
